Curbside Process and Details

STORE OPENINGS

A number of our locations will be opening, if not already and while all stores are offering curbside pick-up, open stores have designated times for this. Please check this link for updates on individual store hours and services as well as company-wide new policies.

TO PLACE A CURBSIDE ORDER:

  1. EMAIL YOUR NAME/PHONE NUMBER TO YOUR SELECTED SHOP

Beaverton:  curbsidebybsb@gmail.com

NOTE: You can call the shop instead, though because we have experienced phone carrier trouble, we suggest you do not leave a voicemail.

  1. SHOP STAFF WILL CALL YOU BACK*
    1. To take your order
    2. Take your credit card payment
    3. Arrange a scheduled pick-up day and time

            *Note: Due to high volume of messages/calls it may take up to 24 hours to hear from us.

  1. PROCEDURE AT PICK-UP:
    1. After parking, call to alert us of your arrival
    2. Then open your trunk and return to your car
    3. Remain in your car while our staff member loads your order
    4. After staff member is 6+feet from your car, you may close your trunk.

We have always taken pride in offering personable customer service. While this feels very impersonal –we need everyone’s cooperation with these guidelines to keep us all healthy!
