Backyard Bird Shop is celebrating its 30th Anniversary this March 2021. It is amazing to think that we have had our doors open for 30 years! With a mission to Connect People to Nature, it is both thrilling and satisfying to be approaching such a significant milestone. One thing that we truly celebrate, is that we have stayed true to our core values. Our goal has always been, and will continue to be, providing friendly customer service and quality products while making business decisions that are good for our birds and wildlife.
Coming up on three decades of serving Portland and surrounding communities, we will celebrate our milestone in true Backyard Bird Shop style: A PLANNED YEAR OF GIVING BACK! Each month, from March 2021 through February 2022, Backyard Bird Shop will donate a portion of its sales to select local nonprofits. All these organizations benefit our birds and wildlife and our communities in their own unique way. Stop by any of our shops throughout our celebration period or visit our website to learn what organizations we are honoring in any given month. We believe this will be the most rewarding way to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and we hope you will join us by supporting these organizations too.
