Join us as we explore the fascinating world of bats! We’ll meet at the Portland shop for a forty-five minute class and slide show about bats, then go to a local site to see live bats in action. We’ll also listen to their echolocation calls using a bat detector!
Appropriate for adults, youth and children. Use this as a family outing or come solo!
Advance registration is required, along with a $5 per person advance registration fee. The $5 advance registration fee will be refunded with a $5 savings card the evening of the class. Bat outings are popular — don’t wait too long before you call the Portland shop at 503-445-2699!
